Autumn Colours of Scotland and the Garrigue

We know you will enjoy what the Garrique offers you, after all, it is cradled in the warm central heart of Scotland! Experience it for yourself and let it calm your spirit!

What is happening here now? Let me show you!

Bonnie Loch Lomond looking over to Rowerdennan and the broad strong base of Ben Lomond, it's summit lost from view in the misty atmospheric clouds.

The Golden Autumn colours of the ancient beech trees in wild Glen Affric can be seen locally in the forests around Stirling!

The famous game fishing river Earn meanders through scenic Crieff and on to Perth. It's waters full of trout and salmon for the fishermen. The banks are a haven for walkers to observe wildlife.

The golden colours of the Japanese maples to be seen in the local gardens, parks and castle grounds.

Loch Meig, in placid reflection, preparing for the cool winter blows in the crystal clear air.

Ancient Strathpeffer forest in the midst of the whisky trails and nearby River Spey, the source of Speyside whiskies. The forests here are the last stomping grounds of the Capercaillie, an equally ancient and secretive bird with an eerie cry and haunting sounds that will amaze you.

Somewhere at the end of this rainbow is the Garrique, a golden spirit!

In all this wonder, peace and tranquility lies but do be careful with the kiddies!
They do enjoy the outdoor life; splashing through the burns, running in the forest and startling the deer, but sometimes they can get carried away! Imagine and enjoy!
